Logistics & Spare PartsDelivered on 8 November 2025Client: Spare-part service network

Branch stock and spare-part transfers connected to delivery for a service network

Every branch stock connected to sales and delivery, so a service centre knows which branch holds a part before it promises a customer a date.

Implementation gallery

Each service centre kept its own spare parts, and transfers were arranged by phone and chat. Staff could not tell a customer immediately whether the part was in another branch or how long it would take to arrive.

Every branch stock on one screen

Branch stock sits in a central database, so a counter clerk can check which branch holds the part and how many remain before confirming a delivery date.

Transfers confirmed by barcode

A transfer creates a document with an explicit source, destination and owner. Both sides scan to confirm dispatch and receipt, so the balances at both branches always agree.

Sales tied to delivery

When a sales order is confirmed its details flow to transport for route planning and delivery-note printing, so customers can track status and transport never re-enters an order from a second channel.

What the customer said

“We used to call each branch in turn. Now we check the system and answer the customer on the spot, and transfers no longer leave balances hanging.”
